2) Accounts & eligibility

3) Listings & user content

• Landlords are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, photos, and terms.
• You grant the site operator a non-exclusive license to host and display content you submit.
• We may edit, refuse, or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Harassment or misuse of messaging features.
• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

5) Fees & features

Basic listings may include a free introductory period. Optional paid features (e.g., Featured placement) are described at checkout. Taxes may apply. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and the university are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes between users and landlords.

8) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator and the university from claims arising from your use of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
