QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants over 18 must pre-qualify their total income based on WSHFC guidelines to 60% AMI. We accept Section 8 Vouchers and Subsidy Rental Assistance programs!
1-person, cannot exceed: $50,160 gross annual income
2-person, cannot exceed: $57,360 gross annual income
3-person, cannot exceed: $64,500 gross annual income
Our minimum income requirement is two times the rent, & the ability to pay the security deposit equal to one month rent, the first month of rent, and the application fee of $50 per person.
