The room is 10X12' with shared adjoining bath, second bath in master. Shared kitchen, living room, garden, community center and quiet diverse community.
This is a 1966 home I am rehabbing over time. I am looking for a quiet roommate for the fall of 2026 and potentially the spring of 2027.
