- The apartment is on Figueroa Street and is only a 5-minute walk from campus (near Marshall, southeast side of campus).
- Rent is $1550 a month, and the relet would be from mid-December to July.
- The room comes fully furnished, with an extra cabinet, laundry basket, coat hangers, pillow/blankets, a steam iron, and more.
- We have in-unit laundry, cooking tools (air fryer), and a PS5 that my roommate is open to people using.
- Amenities include an apartment pool, private gym, pool table, lounge, and arcade.
- The apartment is also near many food/drink stores (Starbucks, Chipotle, Wingstop, Heytea, Chick-fil-A, etc.)
- My roommates are all male, with a CS/Business major, a pre-med major, and an Econ major.
- The relet fee will be covered by me!
