I have a private bedroom that is within the DPS and Free Lyft zone, $1320 bedroom #3 on 1st floor of apartment which has sliders to large outdoor patio. Lease Transfer (means I pay the fee and the leasing agency gives you a new contract on the place, after your application is approved).
1-1/2 Blocks from USC + Only 7 mins walking distance / 0.3 miles from USC, convenient to shopping + public transit.
Move-in is August 10th, Only need 1 month of rent deposit, 1 year transfer lease for Aug 2026-July 2027.

There are 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms total and utilities will be shared with the other USC roommates. Two PhD students and one undergrad neuroscience major. All male and easy going.
The place is modern, clean, bright and safe. It has furnished private bedroom, as well as shared / well equipped kitchen and living room. Will share 1 bathroom with one USC student.
