GENERAL RENTAL APPLICATIONS - GENERAL APPLICATION: All of our units are NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Many units are NO PETS- check with office for specifics or exceptions. Aggressive-breed dogs (ie: Bully Breeds/Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Chows, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, etc.) will NOT be considered at all, because of insurance restrictions. Photos of pets must be submitted with applications. All our Security Deposits are between 1.5 & 2 times the rent depending on your credit and references, and whether or not you have permissible pets. All adults planning to live in unit must apply separately, no exceptions. Co-signers will need to apply separately and will need to provide the same ID and income documentation you do. Application processing fee is $40.00 each and is non-refundable. Applicants must provide proof of gross income at least three times (3x) the rent. Income documentation is required for a three (3) year period.
